Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and pakgam ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

2.2 By registering, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are at least 18 years of age; (b) you are not accessing pakgam from a Prohibited Jurisdiction; (c) you are accessing the Platform in compliance with all laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction; (d) you are not a person who has previously had an account terminated by pakgam for a breach of these Terms.
2.3 Pakistani players must independently verify that participation in online gaming and sports betting is lawful under applicable local and federal laws. pakgam does not provide legal advice to players and is not responsible for a player's failure to comply with applicable law.
2.4 During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account closure.
2.5 Registration is limited to one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. Discovery of multiple accounts held by the same individual will result in all accounts being suspended, balances forfeited, and a permanent ban from the Platform.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. pakgam will never ask for your password. Do not share your credentials with any third party.
3.2 You are responsible for all activity conducted under your Account. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify pakgam support immediately at [email protected] and change your password forthwith.
3.3 Accounts must not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person. pakgam accounts are personal and non-transferable.
3.4 pakgam reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, underage gambling, or any other prohibited conduct.
3.5 Upon account closure — whether initiated by you or pakgam — any outstanding real-money balance (net of any applicable bonus forfeitures) will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method following successful KYC verification, subject to clause 4.
4.1 pakgam supports PKR deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT (TRC20). Supported methods and minimum/maximum limits are displayed in the cashier section and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
4.2 The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500 for mobile wallet methods (JazzCash and Easypaisa). Bank transfer minimums may differ and are stated in the cashier at time of deposit.
4.3 Deposits are credited to your pakgam Wallet in Pakistani Rupees. pakgam does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply transaction fees for which pakgam bears no responsibility.
4.4 Withdrawals are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. pakgam reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Minimum withdrawal amounts are published in the cashier and subject to change.
4.5 Withdrawal processing times are: JazzCash/Easypaisa — typically 15–60 minutes; bank transfers — 2–24 business hours; USDT TRC20 — 30–120 minutes. These are indicative times and may vary during peak periods or due to third-party processing delays.
4.6 pakgam reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawals pending investigation for suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or non-compliance with these Terms. Players will be notified of any such delay.
4.7 Deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being reversed and the account investigated.
5.1 All bets placed on pakgam are final once confirmed. pakgam does not accept requests to cancel or reverse confirmed wagers except in cases of manifest technical error.
5.2 In the event of a technical error affecting a game round or sporting event settlement, pakgam reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the Wallet. Such decisions are at pakgam's sole discretion and are final.
5.3 Cricket betting, including PSL, T20 International, and domestic match wagering, is subject to the specific sporting rules published within the sports betting section of pakgam. Event cancellations, abandonments, or rescheduling are settled according to those published rules.
5.4 All live casino games are operated by third-party certified studio providers. Game rules, Return to Player (RTP) percentages, and payout structures are as published by the respective game provider within the game interface.

6.3 pakgam reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotional abuse — including registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times — will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and account suspension.
6.4 Bonuses are not transferable between accounts and have no cash value except as governed by specific promotion terms.

8.1 All content on pakgam — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, and software — is the property of pakgam or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or publicly display any content from pakgam without express written permission. Unauthorised use of pakgam's intellectual property may result in legal action.
9.1 pakgam provides the Platform on an "as is" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, freedom from errors, or that the Platform is fit for any particular purpose.
9.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pakgam's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from or related to use of the Platform shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Player in the 30 days preceding the claim.
9.3 pakgam is not liable for any losses — including financial losses from wagers — arising from the Player's own decision to place bets. Gambling involves risk and the Player accepts that risk in full upon placing any wager.
9.4 pakgam is not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to power outages, internet connectivity failures, or third-party payment processing delays.
10.1 pakgam collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering on pakgam, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
10.2 Identity documents submitted for KYC verification are stored securely using industry-standard encryption and are used exclusively for the purpose of identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance. pakgam does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

13.3 Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
